Terms of Service

By placing an order with Bootleg Animals Co., you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or agree to these terms.

Products

All products are printed to order by our fulfillment partners. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor calibration. We represent our products as accurately as possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs are original works owned by Bootleg Animals Co. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs without written permission is prohibited.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before placing it. We begin production quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, pricing or listing errors, or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Pricing

We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to contact you before shipping to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price.

Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is." Bootleg Animals Co. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control, and we will always work with you to resolve issues within our power. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bootleg Animals Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, any legal action not subject to arbitration will take place in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Dispute Resolution

If a problem comes up, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. If we're unable to resolve a dispute informally, you and Bootleg Animals Co. agree that it will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Bootleg Animals Co. each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived by agreement.
