Production Time

Every Bootleg Animals Co. tee is printed to order. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. We don't hold inventory — your shirt is made the moment you place your order.

Shipping Times

• United States: 5–10 business days after production
• Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days after production
• Rest of World: 10–30 business days after production

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 7 days of ordering, check your spam folder — then reach out to us.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email for US, Canada, and Europe orders — or 45 days for Rest of World orders — contact us and we'll make it right. No runaround.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on your location. We don't mark up shipping.

Our Liability

We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, though we'll always do what we can to help track down a delayed package.
